Senior insight and research project manager

KOG institute is a research and education company operating in the Baltic States, specializing in the fields of marketing and communication. Currently, we are looking for A SENIOR INSIGHT AND RESEARCH PROJECT MANAGER.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attracting and successfully onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into collaboration.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio.
  • Preparation and aligning project proposals according to the client’s needs and opportunities to ensure a strong value proposition.
  • Leading negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and project scope to secure profitable agreements.
  • Taiking full responsibility for project implementation, including coordination, execution, and monitoring of project financial indicators to ensure profitability.
  • Consulting clients on research results, data analysis, and misinterpretation issues, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
  • Presenting and discussing research results with clients, demonstrating the strategic value of insights. Representing and promoting the company at events, conferences, and industry forums to build brand visibility and attract new business.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry partners to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Working with data providers and research companies to ensure high-quality insights and innovative methodologies.
  • Managing and mentoring junior colleagues, helping them develop sales acumen and project management skills.
  • Managing direct communication and relationship with leads and existing clients to ensuring satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 4 years of experience in project management.
  • Working in the market research industry would be an advantage. Experience in sales, marketing, or a similar field would be beneficial experience.
  • Ability to summarize, interpret, and communicate a complex information clearly.
  • Exceptional attention to details, ensuring accuracy in all research and data analysis tasks.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of sociology, marketing, and communication.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and be well-organized.
  • Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of data analysis software (SPSS) would be an advantage.
  • Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills, both verbal and written.
